If the competition does not sell in the initial period, P Carver Photography reserves the right to extend the competition to allow time for the remaining tickets to be sold. We will not extend the competition for more than 3 extensions and if all entries have not been purchased by the end of the last remaining extension, the draw will be a cash prize for 70% of the total prize pot value (after transactional merchant fees which are automatically deducted).

      No, all entries are non-refundable.

    • What happens if the prize is out of stock?

If all the entries sell and the prize becomes out of stock or is dicontinued during the competition, an alternative equivalent model will be provided or the buyer can choose to have 70% of the prize pot instead (prize pot is the total sum of cash raised after merchant transaction fees).

Yes, the initial winner will be contacted via phone and/or email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the live draw and will be required to respond to confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, P Carver Photography reserves the right to disqualify the winner and the prize will be allocated to an alternate entrant selected in the same manner.

    • When is the draw announced?

Each competition will run for an initial 4 week period. The draw is announced when all entries have sold. If this happens within the initial period, the draw will take place the next working day (at times this may not be possible, therefore, all partcipants will be contacted of the live draw date in advance)
